Plan Information
This is the page where you can manually adjust different attributes for a given plan.
Here you can change the plan, manually suspend it, change the billing period, change the
next billing date or close the plan. On this page you will see general information for the
customer as Registration #, Name, Company. Next you have:
- Password
Here you have to enter the password that grants permission to manually edit the plan. The
password is set up in RODOPI's configuration page (Administration /
Configuration / Common Configuration). See in the table Billing
Information field Password For Changing Plans. You will see
asterisks for the password for security reasons. If you can not remember the
password, enter a new password and than click on the Save button.
- Prorate
If this box is checked the account of the customer will be prorated. This will take effect
only if you close a plan, change a plan, change the next billing date of the ongoing fee.
The prorate depends on the number of days per month. So you have to specify the number of
days per month for the billing period.
- Scheduled close
The plan will be closed on this date. The date is compared with the internal
billing date. When the date in the field become equal or less than the billing date, the
plan will be closed. The daily billing procedure is responsible for this. The customer
account is not prorated, but if the time used is less than the time specified in the Money
Back Guarantee period then the customers account will be automatically credited for
the price of the plan.
- Plan Info:
Here you have the possibility to manually switch the customer to another plan.
In the dropdown list box by default are all plans similar to the current plan. If
you want to see all existing plans you have to uncheck the appropriate
checkbox in Administration | Configuration | Miscellaneous. Choose a
plan and press the Apply button.
- Manually Suspend:
If you want to manually suspend the plan check this box and press the Apply button.
- Billing Period:
If you want to change the billing period manually set the new billing period and press the
Apply button.
- Comment:
Put your comment in this field.
If your plan has a Prepaid Usage a Prepaid Blocks button will appear.
If you click on it you will see the history of your plan. See PlanPrepaidBlocks.
Also on this page you will find information about the billing schedule. Here you will see
information about the last billing for the setup fee, ongoing fee or usage fee
(fees). From
here you can change the Next Billing for the ongoing fee or usage fee (fees). Just enter the
new date and press the corresponding Apply button.
At the bottom of the page you will see a history with all the changes that you have made
for that plan.
You can close a plan by pressing the Close button.
Note: When you close a plan
which includes a dial-in account, the account will be automatically removed from the
RADIUS authentication server.
