The Plan Infos describe your service plans. In the Plan Info you specify the attributes of the service as pricing and minimum period of the service, fees and discounts applied, allowed payment types, service account and commission type, tax type, and details like waiving of the setup fee, define the details (the accounts) the plan will have, the number of each detail (account) , hiding the plan from the customer, etc. The plans can also have usage components (Usage Infos). You can create Usage Infos from the Administration / Service Plans / Usage Info page. You can have as many service plans as you want by combining their parameters and different Usage Infos. Plan Infos are listed on the Plan Infos administration page, with their description, setup and ongoing fee, number of accounts and hidden flag. You can edit an existing Plan Info by clicking the Edit button or create a new one by clicking the Add New Plan Info link. If you want to see information about the plans and the letters attached to them you should click the List Plans and their welcome letters link. If you want to see the Radius profiles that are attached to the plans, you have to click on the List Plans and their profiles link
