On this page you can see a list of all plans and the subject line of the welcome letter connected to this plan. Also here you can attach a welcome letter to a plan. A welcome letter is e-mail that is sent to the customers that subscribe for a new plan. First you have to create welcome letters before you be able to connect them to a plan. You do this from the Letters page.
To view the Welcome letter of a plan press "View Letter"
If you want to attach a letter to a certain plan you just click the "Edit" button next to the plan. Then you will get a combo box with the subject lines of all welcome letters you have defined. You select the letter you want to send to the subscribers for that plan and press the "Save" button. If you want to view the contents of the letter not only the subject you have to press the "View letter" button. This will open a new window and show the contents of the letter.
In Addition to Welcome letters you can add other letters to a plan. To add other letters to a plan click "Edit Event Letters".
