1. Overview.
Top-Up Cards are a another
way of payment in RODOPI. They are used to add credits to the customer
account.
2. What Top-Up Cards are and how
they work?
Top-Up Cards are generated in blocks and every block has face value (the
amount which will be added to the customer account) and expiration date (the
date after which the card is invalid). When customer enters the card number in
RODOPI (Customer Support Section) the amount (the face value) is added to
his account and the card gets invalid.
3. Top-Up Cards Blocks

Top-Up Cards are generated in blocks. Every block has Description, Create
Date, Expiration Date, Face Value, Transaction Type and Count of Top-Up Cards in
the block.
Description is the specified name of the block.
Create Date is the date of creation of the block.
Expiration Date is the date after which the cards in the block get
invalid.
Face Value is the amount of money which will be added to the customer's
account.
Transaction Type is type of payment you can specify in the Administration/Transaction
Type section. You can choose it when you are generating cards.
Count is the count of Top-Up Cards in the block.
Active cards are those cards that have not been used by customers or
closed manually and they are still not expired.
Used cards are those cards that have been used by customers.
4. Generating Top-Up Cards
To create new block of Top-Up
Cards click on the New button.

Enter the description of the block, face value (which is valid for all cards in block), number of cards, expiration date and transaction type (see. Administration/Transaction Types) . Click on Generate button to generate Top-Up Cards.
5. View/Print generated cards
For every block you can print the number of active Top-Up Cards as you
click on Print button. If the block has not active cards there is no Print
button.
Active cards are those cards that have not been used by customers or
closed manually and they are still not expired.
