Support Pricing

1. Annual Plan

E-mail response within 48 hours, Monday through Friday
Up to 4 incidents per month

Annual Price
up to 10,000 licenses 18% of system cost or $1,595/year whichever is Greater.
each additional 5,000 licenses $495/year
each additional incidents $75

Support agreements go into effect only when paid in full.

2. Emergency Incidents***

Call back within 60 minutes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
International Calls to be charged back to customer

$200 per hour. Two hour minimum charge applies to all emergency e-mails or calls, billable thereafter in 15 minute increments, even if it turns out to be a false alarm. Upon emergency outside of business hours, e-mail support@rodopi.com for quick response please include "emergency" in the subject line.
