New Global Telecom and Rodopi Software Form Partnership

NGT’s managed wholesale VoIP service suite is being enhanced with Rodopi’s automated order management, customer care and billing solution

Golden, CO and San Diego, CA, - May 5, 2004 – New Global Telecom (NGT), the most reputable U.S. provider of outsourced telecom services, and Rodopi Software, a global provider of integrated solutions for next generation billing, management and customer care today announced an agreement through which New Global Telecom will incorporate Rodopi billing and OSS solutions as part of NGT’s 6DegreesIP suite of managed wholesale VoIP services.

This partnership will include an interface between the BroadSoftTM applications server platform and Rodopi Software’s applications that can be utilized by NGT’s service provider customers requiring an automated back office solution. New Global Telecom customers who choose to use the 6DegreesIP billing and OSS solution will be able to enter end-user data once to establish a service order and trigger accurate end-user billing. Subsequent releases will leverage Rodopi’s integrated web-based front end system to enable account set-up and order entry by residential and business end-users. Future integration efforts may include other existing Rodopi automated business functions, such as end-user selection of payment methods, creation of trouble tickets and the ability to check status on outstanding trouble tickets. Other features of the Rodopi platform, including marketing support and an integrated payment gateway, will also be available through the partnership.
