KRG - July 12, 2005

Rodopi Software, the industry leader in new generation operations systems and software (OSS) and back office automation software, announced today that Canada's Kativik Regional Government (KRG) in the province of Quebec is utilizing Rodopi's business platform in the launch of wireless high-speed Internet service to 14 villages of Nunavik. The region covers all of Quebec north of the 55th parallel and is an area approximately 25 percent larger than the state of California.

Rodopi provides automated online billing, usage metering and provisioning for IP services, plus integration and support for the Allot bandwidth management system and NextNet wireless non-line-of-sight (NLOS) customer premise equipment employed by the network. The network also utilizes a satellite link to provide backhaul. This marks the first time residents and businesses in the area have had continuous Internet access on a region-wide basis.

Phase one of the Internet service was launched in the summer of 2003 and when completed, the regional service will provide Internet access to over 1500 homes, schools, government offices and community organizations. Phase two of the project (due for completion in November, 2005) will include a video conferencing network and a customer portal where users can view usage data and account statements through the use of Rodopi's web-based application.

Hosted RADIUS - April 21, 2005

Rodopi Software, the industry leader in new generation operations systems and software (OSS) and back office automation software, announced the launch of its Hosted AAA RADIUS solution which collects up-to-the-minute usage information and strict user authentication for IP services in a fully hosted environment. Hosted RADIUS allows service providers to offer all types of metered usage applications, including VoIP, mobility, pre-paid cards, wireless hotspots and others by communicating allowable session time to gateways and access points. Session time is then collected by Hosted RADIUS and communicated to the OSS application for real time billing.

Combined with Rodopiís EasyOSS, Hosted RADIUS offers service providers a 100 percent web-based business platform that automates billing, provisioning, customer care and RADIUS functionality without the expertise and expense associated with building and maintaining data center facilities.

Hosted RADIUS and EasyOSS are available to IP service providers now. For more information, contact sales@rodopi.com.
